Job DescriptionIssue tax invoice per product daily.Double-check and confirm monthly report per monthly settlement customers.Coordinate with operations for any AR issue till outstanding AR is well settled.Update AR status and attend weekly AR meeting per company’s requirement.Refund for wrong payment or overpayment according to customer’s request and GEO’s approval.To take up additional responsibilities as required to meet the Company’s needs.

QualificationsCollege degree major in finance or accounting.1-2 years financial or accounting working experience, experience in freight forwarding, logistics or related industry an advantage.Good command of English and PC skills (MS office, Accounting Software).Good communication skill.Team player, self-motivated and with confidence.Willing to take challenges and smart working approach.
