Deal, let’s go! **The role.** Executing all aspects of accounting governance and performing closing and reporting activities for Innomotics entities in the Asia-Pacific region. This role offers the unique opportunity to actively participate in the accounting organization of our newly formed independent group. You’ll make an impact by: * Leading IT migration, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives. * Managing financial statement reviews and following up on action items. * Collaborating closely with CFOs and supporting them in key financial tasks and projects. * Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on complex accounting topics and providing training within the Finance community. * Coordinating and supporting internal and external audit activities. * Overseeing monthly closing activities, including the preparation and review of journal vouchers and audit reports. * Leading all accounting governance, including advisory, closing, and reporting for Innomotics entities in the Asia-Pacific region. You’d describe yourself as: * An excellent communicator in English, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management. * A self-motivated, independent worker with strong analytical skills and adaptability to change. * Skilled in SAP, particularly within the FI/CO module. * Proficient in IFRS with expertise in accounting for construction contracts, forex, provisions, and accruals. * Professionally qualified with ACCA, CPA, or CA credentials. * Holding a degree in Accounting and Finance with over 10 years of experience in Big 4, multinational corporations, or similar environments.
