Position Summary

Assistant Application Engineer is the entry level position for entering the ZEISS Geometric Metrology Application Service field, the job holder will get professional internal trainings and on-job practices for his/her competence building, the job holder should successfully fulfill kinds of application service like: Application Demands understanding, Application Solution Proposal, Application Solution Verification, Application Fulfillment, Application Results delivery to our
internal and external customer.

Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. To be assigned as key roles in defined application directions by Biz demands and personal background.

2. To develop oneself and be responsible for self-motivated development as Key Roles in assigned application directions.

3. To serve internal customer and external customer and be responsible for tasks fulfillment and problem solving in assigned application directions under necessary coaching.

4. Actively fitting him/herself into company culture and value, explore individual way of self-realization during onboarding and entire career journey with ZEISS.

5. Continuously improve him/herself on mindsets, tool sets and skill sets.

6. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
