Key roles and customer trainers in defined application directions by Biz demands and personal background.
To develop oneself:
Responsible for self-motived development as Key Roles in assigned application directions.
To serve internal customer:
Responsible for new machine pre-sale support and various tasks fulfillment in assigned application direction under minmium coaching.
To serve external customer:
Responsible for application service proposal and various tasks fulfillment for aftermarket customers under necessary coaching.
To solve problem:
Responsible for various application problem solving for internal/external customer in assigned application directions under minimum coaching.
To act in global network:
Connect effectively to 2nd level support network during oversea training and daily communication.
Actively fitting him/herself into company culture and value, explore individual way of self-realization during onboarding and entire career journey with ZEISS.
Successfully fulfill application service tasks like: Demo, Customer Training, Contract Measurement, Onsite Support and Application Solution to our internal and external customer.
Continuously improve him/herself on mindsets, tool sets and skill sets.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
