The Belmont University College of Law invites applications for a tenure-track or tenured faculty position to begin in Fall of 2025. Belmont is specifically seeking candidates in the areas of Business Associations, Contracts, and other law courses.

Belmont’s ultimate bar passage rate for 2018 and 2019 was 100%, one of only a few law schools in the country to have achieved a perfect pass rate in those years, and Belmont Law had the highest pass rate in the state of Tennessee in July of 2023.
