Assistant/Associate Store Supplies Analyst, Store Operations

Company Description

This position supports stores by effectively supervising the Global store supplies program, finding opportunities to gain efficiencies, and analyzing opportunities for investments that best support stores. Primary responsibilities include managing store and DM orders, completing supply pushes, analyzing supply usage and buys, and supporting new store activity. Additionally, this position partners with Home Office teams and the Stores Group to best support their store supply needs.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

 

What Will You Be Doing? 

Review and manage store and DM supply ordersSupport stores and DMs with any website or ordering issuesAnalyze weekly packaging needs by storeComplete weekly supply buys and direct transfersSpecial ad-hoc store analysisInvestigate and explain budget variancesProvide recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and insightDevelop strong working relationships with 3rd party vendors supporting our store supplies programDevelop strong working relationships with the Stores Team, especially the DM group, to support storesDevelop strong working relationships within the Home Office to ensure collaborative efforts

What Do You Need To Bring? 

Bachelor’s Degree or related experienceStrong analytical skillsIntermediate to advanced computer skills including MS ExcelOrganized and detail-orientedAbility to document ideas, workflow, and issue resolutionStrong verbal and written communication skillsCommitment to supporting customer service
