Our Rosemount, MN facility is in need of a Machine Assistant to join our team on our 2nd Shift (3pm - 11pm). Check paper for basis weight. Check poly for trim and mil thickness. Strip paper/poly rolls. Take off only minimum amount needed.  Scrap is to be placed in the      appropriate bins. Shaft rolls – using partial rolls (butts) first. Perform necessary slide angle tests. Maintain glue and stak-tite in pans. Thread paper/poly through machine. Set-up laminator. Clean laminator upon completion of use. Set fife guides. Keep area clean. Work overtime as needed. Will train on shift as needed. Must be able to communicate and understand work instructions and training information. Work in other areas as instructed by the Supervisor, Lead Person or Operator. Perform outside duties as instructed by the Supervisor, Lead Person or Operator. Be able to operate tuber as needed. Follow all Plant and Safety Rules. Assist in Training.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

Ability to bend, twist and kneel.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand continuously for 2 – 3 hours.

Ability to perceive colors.

Must have manual dexterity.
