Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Bar Manager in the heart of Dubai's vibrant hospitality scene! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to help lead our bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations and staff managementDevelop and implement innovative beverage menus, incorporating local ingredients and global trendsEnsure high standards of customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphereMonitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotationTrain and mentor bar staff to improve their skills and product knowledgeMaintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulationsAssist in managing bar finances, including budgeting and cost controlCollaborate with other departments to support events and promotionsHandle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionallyImplement and maintain quality control measures for all beverages served

QualificationsCollege Diploma in Hotel Management, Event Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage or Bar leadership roleProven track record of excellent guest service and sales skillsStrong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and craft cocktailsDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in bar management software and point-of-sale systemsStrong inventory management and cost control abilitiesFood safety and alcohol service certifications (e.g., ServSafe)Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysExcellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentCreative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
