Responsibilities:
Manage one or more millwork locations, overseeing administration, sales, product management, and operationsDevelop and implement the business plan, capital budget, and primary budget for the locationAlign business plans and operational strategies with broader regional and divisional goalsCreate sales strategies to expand market penetrationOptimize productivity in labor, working capital, and facilitiesEnsure compliance with all regulatory and company policiesPromote Total Quality processes and maintain open communication with all associatesCommit to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous improvementPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications:
Basic: College degree or equivalent experience in a related field; typical office environment with minimal physical exertion and potential for limited operations duties.Preferred: Over 10 years in millwork or sales, with proven skills in customer service, sales, communication, organization, and leadership; assertive, flexible, and dedicated to quality and continuous improvement.
