The Dollar Bank Leadership Development Program is for YOU. This program prepares you to become an Assistant Branch Manager in the retail banking division of Dollar Bank. As a member of the Leadership Development Program, you will complete a 6–18 month training program. This will allow you to develop at a speed that is appropriate for you while shaping your own future.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who will assume a leadership role as an Assistant Branch Manager upon completion of the Leadership Development Program. Through our hands-on learning environment, you will learn how to develop a successful team. You will be responsible for maintaining your personal sales goals, while learning how to build a motivated sales and service team where everyone contributes to the success of the branch through a consultative sales and service approach.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of one year demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in financial services or retail industry required. Will consider High School Diploma/GED with five years of customer service experience in financial services or retail industry.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to include professional grammar and demeanor.
• Ability to travel as needed to training.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Candidates being considered will be subject to additional background checks as required by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
