Kick-start your journey with us today! You will be part of the Market Activation team and help execute the European strategy with a focus on engaging and exciting consumers across DACH market, all while collaborating closely with the Digital Marketing team, Sales, and Revenue Growth Management to drive consumer marketing efforts. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

Activate Brand & Promo Plans – Support day-to-day activities to activate brand and promo plans for K Brands in the DACH market, managing commercial initiatives from concept to in-store implementation. In-Store Activation – Execute in-store activation and channel activities, including local customer and channel activations. Campaign Analysis – Conduct data collection, analysis, reporting, and provide feedback on the effectiveness of previous activation campaigns. Shopper Marketing Strategy – Assist with the deployment of the shopper marketing strategy for the DACH region, including customer-specific marketing like sampling and retailer loyalty programs. Influencer Relationships – Support activities to create and nurture relationships with influencers.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

Exposure to brand marketing within an international company. Stakeholder management skills, having the ability to confidently interact and influence key decision-makers. The ability to speak and write fluently in both English and German.
