1. Supervision of Service Contracts (e.g. cleaning Security, Gardening etc.)Review monthly attendance records.Act as focal point for complaints regarding the service contractors.On a weekly/monthly basis conduct brief inspection of all services measuring their performance.2. Preparation of monthly report
Results of service requests from the tenants or co – owner.Results of questionnaire from the co – owner rep.Minutes of previous meeting and status.3. Supervise all services and contractorsImplement plans on safety protection and enhancement for the facilities, including the working environment for personnel, to ensure full compliance with the standard requirement under the building’s regulations.Ensure that contractors’ employees have the same understanding in Safety Policies and Guidelines and strictly adhere to them.Review Temporary I.D. cards for contractors and/or suppliers.Ensure that CCTV system is properly monitoring.Participate in the investigation of all cases related to safety and security and records of all happenings for reference.Location:
