We are currently looking to recruit a talented individual to become our Assistant Center Director in the San Fernando Valley.

As an Assistant Director at Sylvan, you will support the Center Director in selling our service and driving student enrollment, as well as helping with education, administrative and customer service tasks. If you are driven, motivated, and eager to make a difference, we would love to meet you
Our Assistant Center Directors:
- Help Center Directors maximize student enrollments
- Execute best marketing practices to increase buzz and awareness of Sylvan Learning in your region
- Deliver platinum level service to ensure parents and kids not only keep coming back, but also find themselves talking about Sylvan to strangers while waiting for their iced mocha
- Help Center Directors manage your Center's performance, including revenue, expenses, and collections
- Conduct consultations and conferences with
- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with teachers, educational specialists and other school administrators and parent/teacher organizations with the help of your educational director
- Help to train and manage your center's team.
What do we require from you?
- A Bachelors degree
- Two to three years of sales, marketing or people interaction experience with a strong focus on customer service
- The ability to influence and build relationships
- The know-how to manage a business and communicate effectively
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work some evening hours, and some Saturdays.

- Competitive base salary of $24-$25/hour ($49,920-$52,000/year)
