THE JOB:

Step into a leadership role at one of the most vibrant dining and entertainment venues on the Las Vegas Strip. As the Assistant Chef of The Mayfair Supper Club, you’ll oversee the culinary team and ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. With a focus on team training, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction, you’ll help deliver a dining experience that blends extraordinary flavors with captivating performances, all set against the iconic backdrop of the Fountains of Bellagio.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Lead and train a team of Master Cooks, Cooks, Pantry Workers, and Helpers, ensuring they excel in their roles.Monitor food quality, addressing any irregularities to maintain superior standards.Oversee food preparation, including base sauces, stocks, and soups, ensuring consistency and excellence.Manage inventory, purchasing, and receiving of all kitchen items, maintaining par levels.Collaborate with the Executive Chef to set goals and objectives focused on profitability, product innovation, and team development.Communicate effectively with service staff and management to address guest needs and ensure seamless service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be at least 21 years of age or older.Must have your High School Diploma, GED, or educational equivalent.2 years of prior relevant experience as a supervisor.
