This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and functionality. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping our beautiful resort running smoothly, ensuring that all equipment, systems, and facilities are in top-notch condition to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. **A little taste of your day-to-day** Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: + Assisting the Chief Engineer in managing daily operations of the Engineering department. + Supervising preventive maintenance programs and responding quickly to maintenance requests. + Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of skilled technicians. + Ensuring all safety, fire, and emergency systems are fully functional and regularly tested. + Working closely with other departments to support operational needs and guest satisfaction. + Monitoring energy consumption and promoting sustainability practices throughout the property. + Coordinating with vendors and contractors for technical and maintenance projects. **What we need from you** + Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent). + Minimum of **4+ years** experience in hotel engineering/maintenance, with at least **2 years in a supervisory or assistant leadership role** . + Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. + Familiarity with health and safety regulations and preventative maintenance systems. + Excellent organizational and leadership skills. + Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. **What you can expect from us:** We give our people everything they need to succeed.
