Manage the Department's daily operation. Oversees the engineering personnel in the Installation, repairs and operation of machinery, equipment and related system. Oversees fabricating, maintaining, installing and repairing plumbing and sanitary facilities; hotel locks and keys; carpentry works; masonry works; etc. Develops and implement preventive maintenance and repair schedules of the hotel machinery, equipment and other facilities. Develops work simplification methods and techniques and improve programs. Prepares and/or evaluates designs and specifications for all engineering projects; supervises installations and constructions of all engineering works; submit periodic reports on project status and operating performance to superior. Controls and sees to adequacy of inventory of all engineering supplies. Develops and implements cost reduction program. Evaluates performance of engineering personnel.
