Key Responsibilities: + Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing the engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel. + Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. + Supervise and train engineering team members to maintain IHG standards. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes. + Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction. Requirements: + A degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). + Strong knowledge of hotel maintenance operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. + Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Experience in IHG hotels is a plus.
