We are looking for an Assistant Chief Engineer who will:

Support the Chief Engineer in the overall engineering and maintenance operations of the hotelEnsure that all training needs for team members are identified, processed promptly, and undertaken at an appropriate timeCarry out routine spot checks of equipmentEnsure that the engineering provision is delivered and meets the departmental objectivesPromote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests receivedManage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitudeHave experience leading a large maintenance teamBe hands-on and strong with stakeholder managementShare our values: Confidence, Understanding, Playful, Curious, Elegant, EasyHave previous experience an Assistant Chief Engineer or Maintenance Manager in a similar sized hotel
