THE JOB:
The Assistant Chief Flight Attendant will monitor and supervise Flight attendants to ensure the safety, consistency, and exceptional performance of all duties required. The Assistant Chief Flight Attendant will execute the training and evaluation programs for all phases of specialized aviation cabin operations with special emphases on guest experience and safety. The Assistant Chief Flight Attendant is an integral and vital part of the flight crew, sharing responsibility for safety and participating in decision making with the pilots as it impacts the entire flight.


THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Maintain and facilitate Training, Quality, Reporting, Documentation, Publications, Regulations, Oversight, Regulatory Interface, and International Operations

Oversee day-to-day operations to insure all chartered and managed aircraft are staffed and evaluate the performance of cabin crewmembers for compliance with Company procedures and government regulations

Ensure crew member assignments are in accordance with the applicable FAR and collaborate with management to adequately plan and coordinate assignments for crew members for all scheduled, chartered and ad-hoc flights

Partner with the Chief Flight Attendant to ensure compliance with company, regulatory and technical requirements

Participate in crew scheduling, passenger and catering profiles, ordering of inflight supplies and equipment within the set standards and guidelines

Partner with the Chief Flight attendant to initiate actions that include performance evaluations, commendations, coaching, counseling and remedial training for all Flight Attendant crewmembers


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

5+ years of prior experience as a Flight Attendant in a corporate and/or airline.

1+ years of supervisory experience

6+ months of experience in a VIP setting.

Must be willing to relocate to the Atlantic City, New Jersey area.
