Come build your career with us! **Job Summary and Qualifications** + Oversee the day to day reporting of Facility staffing + Provide on-going staffing training for all managers/directors + Play a lead role in Facility Labor Management Action Team (LMAT) + Responsible for the monthly reporting of department stats and man-hours for two facility general ledgers + Ensure statistical reporting compliance with the HCA QMIRS reporting guidelines + Work closely with CFO, ACFO, Controller regarding productivity and analysis of staffing + Coordinate accounting and reporting of contract labor usage for HWS and other vendors + Ensures accuracy of PLUS productivity tool + Ensures accuracy of Benchmark system data + Responsible for preparation of labor portions of weekly Facility financial projections + Assist in establishment of operational work standards or staffing standards + Responsible for the preparation of the annual staffing budget (Workload Forecast Tool) + Ensure compliance with the HCA accounting policy guides + Other duties and special projects as assigned **What qualifications you will need:** Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education: Master's Degree or MBA Required Experience: + Minimum of 3 year’s experience in healthcare accounting; preferably in a hospital setting, with an emphasis on staffing and productivity + Strong understanding of and interrelation between PLUS/QMIRS + Working knowledge of general ledger accounting + Working knowledge of financial systems + Working knowledge of Benchmark system + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Access Mission Hospital is located in Asheville, North Carolina.
