Assistant Chief Storekeeper

Responsibilities:
Maintains the Production Kitchen’s food store by ordering, receiving, de-boxing and storing all relevant food items Establishes and maintains par stock of food items, in collaboration with Production and Pastry team’s relevant supervisor Closely works with Production Kitchen and Pastry teams to ensure sufficient stock is available at all times Adheres to all relevant health and safety codes ad stipulated by the Hotel and the local health authorities (FEHD)Requirements:
1 – 2 years relevant experience and preferably with work experience in a reputed hotel Cantonese is must and preferably with English Basic computer knowledge, preferably in material control system and Fidelio system Basic food product knowledge and inventory keeping
