We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Client Relations Manager (MPF).

Principal responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of MPF customers for the achievement of business targets and sustainability of businessIdentify business opportunities through existing customer contact to maximize the sales and penetration of MPF business Build up close relationship with existing clients and handle customer enquires on MPF issues Keep abreast of market trends and assist in formulating and implementing business plan Conduct client appointment and member briefing to capture business opportunitiesEnsure the customer services excellence to both internal and external customers
