ASSISTANT CLUBHOUSE DIRECTOR

*$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS*   The Edinburg Center is seeking an a creative dynamic leader for the Assistant Clubhouse Director for our Charles Webber Potter Place Clubhouse in Waltham, MA   What You Do: You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Clubhouse and providing support and supervision to Work Area Coordinators and Supported Education Coordinator. Essential duties and responsibilities will include Implementation, Development and Administration of the Clubhouse model.   Who You Are: BA/BS degree required.  Working knowledge of Persons with serious mental illness and substance use disorders or other barriers to community based employment, education and housing preferred.  Supervisory experience required.  Experience with Clubhouse model helpful.  Rotating coverage for half shift on holidays and Saturdays.  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. First Aid/CPR certification within three months of hire required.
