Delaware North Sportservice is seeking an Assistant Club Manager to join our team at Little Caesars Arena, in Detroit, Michigan. As an Assistant Club Manager, you will oversee the operations of the premium club on event days, ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience for our guests.
PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $50,400 - $68,000 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about you Minimum of three years' hospitality management experience, preferably in a high-volume or premium service setting Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with inventory control, purchasing, and cost management Financial accountability and budgeting experience required Ability to analyze data and make independent decisions Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays No degree required
