Based in Shanghai, China, this position belongs to Greater China CMI Homecare team and reports to CMI Senior manager.
In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams in MKT, CSP, R&D, Finance and external agencies to support our ambitious growth agenda, identify growth opportunities, support future facing portfolio and monitor business performance, spotlight opportunities to refine our 6P levers and actions for growth.
Expected Work and Scope of Role
This is a core role, partnering cross function team with detailed work scope includes:
Category dynamics & Consumer understandingLead category growth driver analysis and market dynamics, esp. demand space movement & competitor intelligence on portfolio evolvement and engagement models.Drive consumer understanding on pain points, aspiration, behaviour and lifestyle, to capture future consumer needs on homecare & household care.Performance Monitoring:Lead annual category brand audit, identify issues and opportunities to drive business actions for deployment optimization.Partnering MKT BB, CSP, CBD to spot right business question with impact and define clear brand growth opportunity by comprehensive understanding of data/report delivery from different agenciesHomecare Strategy & Trends & CMI capability buildingCo work with team in Homecare x-category projects, e.g. overall Homecare trends, foresights, CMI capability enhancement, etc.Make channel and shopper insights travel: Support business team by sharing/selling insights to build up Unilever strong edge in front of customers.Key Interfaces and Teams
