Unilever is looking for a passionate Consumer Market Insights Manager who can help drive the Coffee & Non-Milk Tea business in India, partnering the Bru, Lipton, and any upcoming New Brand in Unilever's beverages portfolio. The essence of the role is to ensure consumer centricity in every aspect of the tea business.
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, ability to deal with complexity, and business partnering are critical skills needed to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all consumer research for our tea brands in India, ranging from performance to mix/communication testing, to ensure we win in the marketPartner closely with the Beverages lead and Director of Nutrition on larger strategic pieces in Coffee, Green Tea & beverages spaceAnchor the future of the coffee & non-milk tea program in India in terms of white space identification and inspiring innovationWork with a multi-functional team across Marketing, Finance, CSP, R&D, and CTI teamsProactively identify pockets of growth and diagnose hotspots to drive incremental growth for all our tea brands in IndiaDrive product love and immersion within the team. Deep involvement in product development and competition tracking to help our portfolio stay best in classHelping our brands stay ahead of the curve in terms of positioning and unlocking the next wave of winning communication.Be the SPOC for external research agencies, drive excellence and efficiencyLook to bring in new/agile methodologies to keep CMI on the cutting edgeKey Interfaces:

While prior experience is not necessary or expected, the candidate should be willing to learn Testing methodologies on Concept, Pack, Product, Proposition, Influencer Content Measurement & Testing, etc.
