The Assistant Coach will assist the head coach with the organization, development, and implementation of a nationally competitive NCAA Division I women’s soccer program.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting with scouting, recruiting, coaching, practice, and game schedules; developing and maintaining effective interaction with students, colleagues, university staff, alums, media, and the general public; knowledge of and commitment to compliance with all NCAA, Big Ten, and University rules and regulations as well as dedication to the entire academic development of student-athletes; and performing other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of coaching experience. Must have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Candidate should have administrative and organizational experience as well as computer skills.

Preferences: Minimum of five (5) years of coaching experience at the NCAA Division I college level; demonstrated experience with video editing and developing a scouting report, i.e., Huddle, Sports Code, etc.; experience with the coaching and technical training of field players, both individually and as a group; and experience recruiting at the NCAA Division I level.
