This position will answer directly to the Head Coach of Men’s soccer. The primary responsibility will be to serve as the lead recruiter. This position entails significant domestic and international travel. The Assistant Coach will coordinate all aspects of recruiting for a Division 1 soccer program including but not limited to prospective athlete identification, coordinating communication amongst coaching staff, developing a prospect communication plan, arranging unofficial and official visits, creating and monitoring a budget for all recruiting activities, ensuring program compliance to NCAA recruiting rules and regulations. In addition, the position will take on the following responsibilities: Coaching duties as assigned by the head coach, Compliance Liaison, Career Life Skills Liaison, Community Service Coordinator, Social Media Coordinator, Equipment Room Liaison, chief fundraiser and other duties as assigned by the head coach.
