\n \n Job Description

The Assistant Community Manager is the liaison among the Community Manager, homeowners, members of the Board of Directors, Committee Members, and the association management staff. The Assistant General Manager is an onsite role who assists the General Manager with office, administrative and clerical functions, coordinating and scheduling, and project management. Team collaboration and customer service driven are essential for success in this role.

Work schedule:

\n

9am-5pm, 5 days a week.

\n

Saturdays are required with a flexible weekday off.

\n


Daily responsibilities:

\n\nGreet residents, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.\nAnswer phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries promptly.\nMaintain resident records and update databases accurately.\nAssist with scheduling maintenance requests and coordinating vendor services.\nPrepare and distribute community notices, newsletters, and meeting agendas.\nSupport property management team with administrative tasks and filing.\nMonitor common areas for cleanliness and report issues as needed.\nHandle package deliveries and manage front desk operations.\nAssist with weekend event coordination or resident activities when applicable.\nAssist with other projects as assigned.\n\n

Pay rate: $28-$32 an hour.

\n Requirements\n2+ years of clerical, administrative, and customer service experience in single-family, multifamily, or hospitality industries.\nWell-versed utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nProfessional communication skills, written and spoken.\nCustomer service driven and team oriented.\nAbility to prioritize projects with attention to detail and time sensitive deadlines.\nTakes ownership, proactive, and solutions driven.\n\n
