The Assistant Community Associattion Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to the assigned community association(s)/properties. Supporting the Community Manager, internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members, and committee members.

\n

\n

Duties and Responsibilities (may include but not limited to):

\n\nAct as a communication liaison between the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.\nAssist with the administration and management of the Association in accordance with management agreement and the Association's policies and procedures.\nPerforms inspections and handles ARC (architectural review committee) request\nResponsible for database maintenance, including updating resident information.\nPrepare documents for and attend Board meetings per the management agreement.\nAssist in review of monthly financial reports.\nSupport the monitoring of client delinquency and collections.\nAssist in maintaining the unit and contract files of Association operations.\nAssist portfolio managers with routine and special projects.\nAttending community events as needed.\n\n Requirements\n1-2 years of community/property management experience \nAbility to manage multiple tasks, strong time management skills.\nA good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.\nStrong problem-solving abilities\nPositive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player\nExperience and confidence using MS Office, software systems, and other basic IT equipment.\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required\n
