Salary Range: $90,000 to $140,000/year
What You'll Do:
Work as an Assistant Construction Project Manager as part of a team on large hospital projects and independently on smaller projects Collaborate closely with the Owner, Architect and Contractor to resolve issuesPerform under the supervision of a Construction Manager or Senior EngineerProvide construction management support and inspection duties on projects Be willing to travel to project sites at other hospitals operated by the County of Santa ClaraWhat You'll Need:
BS in Civil Engineer (BSCE) or Construction Management preferredOver 5 Years of Construction Management or inspection experience preferred Construction Management experience TI or renovation projects, healthcare facility projects preferredAbility to work with Owner PM, Facility Staff, Architect, Contractor, and HCAI Field Staff Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and MS Project Excellent written and verbal communications skillsWhat Benefits You’ll Enjoy:
