Assistant Consumer Data Products Specialist (Hybrid)
Location: Lake Forest, IllinoisJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $34 - 39 per hourWe are seeking a Assistant Consumer Data Products Specialist to join our client, a leading player in the pharmaceutical space, focused on delivering cutting-edge consumer data products to enhance marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll contribute to the execution and optimization of Consumer Data Platform (CDP) activation projects, playing a key part in driving campaign success and optimizing digital marketing strategies within a dynamic and innovative environment. As an Assistant Consumer Data Products Specialist, you will be a critical cross-functional member of the CDP Activation team. Reporting to the Associate Director, Consumer Data Products, you will manage day-to-day tasks related to the development, testing, and optimization of CDP audience projects. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of campaigns, improve engagement, and drive business results.Responsibilities: Build, quality check (QC), and execute low-complexity audience segments, managing CDP audience updates from scope through execution. Ensure campaigns are implemented on-time, with high quality and error-free, including testing and QA within the platform. Collaborate with cross-functional and agency partners to identify and resolve any issues or concerns, working with senior team members to drive corrective actions when necessary. Maintain the segment taxonomy structure and track all CDP audience activities in an organized inventory. Monitor campaign performance and proactively provide insights and recommendations for improving engagement. Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, proofing checklists, and status reports, keeping track of all ongoing work and identifying risks with proposed mitigation strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 2-3 years of progressively increasing responsibility in Adobe Experience Cloud products, including AEP, Adobe Analytics, AJO, and CJA. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and an ability to lead initiatives to drive measurable results. Excellent communication skills and comfort in interacting with both technical and non-technical teams. Results-oriented and a self-starter, passionate about user experience and technology. Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
