The ideal candidate will bring over seven years of experience in accounting and financial management, along with a strong command of accounting systems and processes. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Manage month-end close processes, including general ledger and account reconciliations. • Conduct thorough audits to maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies. • Collaborate with leadership to develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts. • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. • Supervise and mentor accounting staff to enhance growth and efficiency. • Ensure timely and accurate balance sheet account reconciliations. • Implement and maintain accounting software systems to optimize workflows and reporting capabilities. • Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records. • Support external audits by preparing required documentation and addressing inquiries. Requirements • A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management. • Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools. • Strong knowledge of general ledger functions and balance sheet account reconciliations. • Demonstrated expertise in preparing financial statements and conducting audits. • Experience managing month-end close processes and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. • Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting methodologies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
