Description Our client is seeking an assistant controller for a contract to hire opportunity in the west metro. This role will play an important part in managing their financial transactions, maintaining compliance and providing valuable insights to drive business performance. Responsibilities: Financial Analysis and Reporting - perform revenue expenditure and variance analysis General Ledger Maintenance - Maintain Accuracy and timeliness in recording transactions and reconciling accounts in the general ledger Budgeting and Projections- Assist in preparing the annual budgets and financial projections Internal Controls - Develop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets Oversee AP processes and manage cash receipts Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Experience with QuickBooks Intermediate MS Excel If you are interested in this contract to hire opportunity, please reach out to Robert Half Management Resources Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, demonstrating attention to detail. • Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial data and transactions. • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting. • Strong knowledge of general ledger maintenance, budgeting, and variance analysis. • Familiarity with accounting software systems and processes, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
