Duties: * Review account reconciliations and financial statements * Oversee debt investment and the fund closing and consolidation process * Analyze and understand financial performance * Prepare and review financial statements and investor reports * Manage investment management fees and incentive fee calculations * Manage the preparation of capital accounts * Manage the returns calculations and dividend yields * Forecast and manage capital calls, acquisitions and financings * Oversee the external audit process * Manage third party relationships * Oversee debt investment accounting staff
