What you’ll do:

Support the monthly and quarterly-end closing consolidated process and flux analysis. Preparation of consolidated financial statements according to US GAAP and SEC requirements. Work directly with external audit team during quarterly and year-end audits to ensure all financial information is properly supported with compliance with PCOAB. Reviewing and implementing work procedures within the department Prepare and analyze financial data and internal reports; monitor progress and changes. Equity and share-based compensation recording and support. Responsible for managing operational data and ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Assist with corporate workpapers, tax accounting, leases and other reporting matters. Assist with IPO readiness processes. Undertaking ad-hoc corporate financial tasks and processes.

What you have:

“Big Four” accounting firm audit experience Strong knowledge and experience in US-GAAP and high-tech industry Experience with month-end/year-end close process Proven execution of on-demand projects Able to critically analyze processes and controls, identify deficiencies and assist with remediation efforts Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented and mindful of deadlines Ability to work under pressure with extensive working hours, in a fast-paced and changing environment Excellent time management skills Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English Bonus Points Knowledge of NetSuite ERP Equity compensation knowledge 1-2 years experience as a CPA in a start-up company Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member
