Salary Mid-Point: $185,000 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Permanent As an Assistant Controller, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Controller in managing the financial operations of our organization. This role involves overseeing cash management functions, managing a team, backfilling for directors as needed and contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of daily financial operations. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 2-3 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Oversee cash management processes and daily financial operations Manage treasury operations, including banking relationships and cash flow optimization Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
