About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled legal professional to join our Nordic legal team on a fixed-term, 12-month contract starting around June 1, 2025, supporting Marsh and Mercer Sweden. This role will collaborate closely with our legal counsel, with a focus on contract management, compliance, and regulatory guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough contract reviews and draft agreements.
Assist in creating new legal templates and streamlining processes.
Support compliance monitoring and routine assessments
Translate legislative requirements into actionable business policies.
Provide legal assistance for Marsh Sweden and Mercer Sweden operations.
Contribute to European legal team discussions and initiatives.
Requirements:
Law degree
2–5 years of professional legal experience.
Solid knowledge of insurance law.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Proven ability to convert legal requirements into business-friendly policies.
Excellent command of English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working for a law firm or insurance company.
Knowledge of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act).
Prior compliance experience.
Proficiency in more than one Nordic language.
