Principal Responsibilities
Assist in Insurance Discount Management:Prepare discount offer proposals tailored to meet diverse customer needsCoordinate the development of offer terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsCreate and set up product discount codes in the system, ensuring accuracy and functionalityConduct thorough user acceptance tests to validate the effectiveness and reliability of discount codesSupport Product Cross-Over Campaigns:Implement innovative product discount and cross-over offers to enhance customer value and drive salesCollaborate with various product teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of cross-over campaignsPlan and Execute Customer Engagement Events:Strengthen relationships with existing customers through the organization of ESG initiatives, including volunteer and charity eventsPlan, coordinate, and execute events that align with the company's values and customer engagement strategiesSupport Budget Management:Coordinate the department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation and management of resourcesMonitor and track expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and financial goalsPrepare Competitive Analyses:Conduct regular and thorough analyses of product promotions and offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the marketProvide insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-makingSupport Ad-Hoc Projects:Provide assistance on various projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing prioritiesContribute to the successful completion of projects by leveraging strong organizational and problem-solving skillsInternal and External Coordination:Ensure timely and effective coordination with internal departments and external vendorsFacilitate clear and consistent communication to support the successful rollout of initiatives and campaigns
