Log back in Assistant Director, Global Outreach Programs Posting Number 2023-12892 Posted Date 7 months ago(12/19/2023 5:27 PM) Location : Location US-NY-New York Hybrid Remote Work Classification Hybrid: 60% to 80% Onsite Department Global Outreach Programs (Administrators) School/Division College of Dentistry (DN1032) Compensation Grade Band 53 Union N/A FT/PT Full-Time Category Academic Program Support Position Summary Direct and develop strategies in the logistical planning of the College's outreach programs. Oversee overall operations in outreach programs including student application, faculty participation, contract negotiation, budget management, working with local and federal government stakeholders to collaborate efforts, managing setup for each site, and organizing educational programs to participants. Qualifications Required Education:
A combination of work experience and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related field

Preferred Education:
Master's Degree in International Relations, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related field

Required Experience:
3-5 years work experience in an outreach / education capacity with a minimum of 3 years experience managing a team

Preferred Experience:
Experience in a clinical setting at an educational, healthcare, or dental care facility.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal communication, writing and organizational skill. Strong leadership and project management skills. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Power Point. Must be able to be physically active as this position requires the movement of equipment and supplies.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Familiarity with Article 28 and related health protocols
Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $79,848.00 to USD $99,848.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
