40 hours per week Monday - Thursday, alternating between 9:30am-6:30pm and 10:30am-7:30pm Friday or Saturday 9am-1pm Weekly schedule alternates between Mon-Fri and Mon-Thurs & SatAS A SUCCESSFUL DIRECTOR YOU WILL
Maximize student enrollments Deliver stellar customer service to ensure parents and kids keep coming back Deliver assessments and tutor regularly Communicate personalized learning plans and investment options Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with students' teachers to optimize students' success in the classroom Create an experience that surpasses customer and student expectations. You will do this by providing exceptional customer service/customer relationship management, ensuring/managing the adherence to policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment for the students.
