Works under general supervision with evaluation based on overall results obtained. **Requisition ID:** 40112BR **Travel Required:** Up to 25% **Major/Essential Functions:** 75% Investigator/Conduct Officer + Investigates and adjudicates cases of Individual and organizational Student Conduct, including, but not limited to referrals from student complainants, faculty and/or staff members, the Texas Tech Police Department, University Student Housing, and academic integrity referrals. + Creates Individualized, educationally based sanctions, conditions, and/or restrictions for individual students who are found responsible for violating the Code of Student Conduct. Assists with coordination of all Clery reporting. + Assists with the coordination of University Student Housing referrals and conducts University Student Housing investigations 25% Assists in the management of the Office of Student Conduct. + Assists with campus presentations, education, and outreach efforts related to the Conduct process and the Code of Student Conduct. + Assists in the development of strategic planning, document creation, Panel Hearing training, and policies and procedures related to administration of The Office of Student Conduct. + Assists with the development of annual goals and the annual report specifically related to areas of responsibility and for other programs and services administered through the Office of Student Conduct. + Assists with annual revisions of the Student Handbook and Code of Student Conduct for final approval through the Board of Regents. + Assists with the Office of Student Conduct database management software, Maxient. + Assists with crisis intervention and academic/personal referral to university departments and community agencies.
