This position will play a key role in ensuring the chatbot delivers engaging, relevant and dynamic content to students, faculty, staff and prospective members of the university community. The Assistant Director will collaborate with various departments and utilize AI-driven tools to ensure efficient communication and alignment with the university's voice and values.
