Job Purpose:
To Assist in Development Control team management and setting strategic goals.
To Assist Development Control Director in managing daily Business task for LTS.
Carry out team coordination and technical review management.
Key Accountabilities:
Conducting a pre-application meeting with the customers and/or TPD representatives to explain the approval process, DCR, timing required for review and to address any other inquiries.
Backing up and supporting development control team in reviewing online applications' submission and processing the submission request for different applications (PD, DD, VD, NC, RV, NS).
Enhance Current systems to maximize business efficiency and promote Innovation to current system.
Review project's submission including setback, coverage, and height studies.
Generate Project & Employees reports reflecting business.
Reply to all technical queries and assist the TPD applicant until completion of the development.
Conduct site visits for the TPD and verify the technical details on site prior issuance of NCC - If required.
Assist Development Control Director in setting strategic goals of department.
Review and assist in generating design guidelines & DCR's.
Managerial Tasks in addition to above Job description:
Manage allocated Development Control team.
Manage business process and new initiatives.
Manage and Develop NOC automation initiative with IT in addition to NCPM regular management & update.
Assist Director of planning approval in preparation of workload distribution & forecast of strategic plans.
Represent DCPA while liaising with Marketing, legal, finance, CX and commercial teams for daily business.
Assist DHLE development teams in preparation and the review of design guidelines and DCR for new development across corporate.
Taking part of the digital transformation project for DHLE under the sponsorship of COO.
Manage and arrange business programs for new joiners/trainees within DCPA.
Assist in Reviewing Design Requests.

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills
10 Years of Architectural experience in a managerial position. Bachelor Degree of Architecture (master's degree is preferable). Good communication skills, problem solving and conflict management skills Leadership Skills, Innovative, Task oriented, Management skills. Team player, Facilitator • Good command of AutoCad, MS office, Presentation software and BIM
