Will be responsible for managing the administration team; ensuring the Office of Executive Education has effective systems, policies, and processes to maintain high operational excellence and efficiency in all administrative services; reviewing and implementing operational plans, systems, procedures, and policies to improve efficiency; acting as the principal liaison with internal and external partners and vendors; managing outside group reservation requests for Executive Education spaces; continuously improving internal onboarding and off-boarding processes; informing the agenda for monthly all-staff meetings and manager's roundtable meetings; providing recommendations to senior leadership and tracking professional development opportunities for staff; providing day-to-day oversight of administrative activities; recruiting, leading, motivating, and developing 3-5 support staff members; and managing recruitment, hiring, workload balancing, coaching, skill development, and performance management of support.
