We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Finance to join our team

Key Accountabilities 

This position is accountable for supervising and maintaining overall control of the Accounting Financial Management Systems as it relates to regularity, accuracy and the efficiency of the day-to-day work. To be responsible for an efficient and effective day-to-day work routine and to ensure a proper month-end closing with timely preparation of accurate financial statement and reports. To ascertain that all taxes, contributions, licenses, interest and management fees are accurately calculated and paid on time. To review the reports compiled by Cost Controller and communicate with the Procurement Manager to ensure proper procedures and control of inventories. To be responsible for an efficient and effective day-to-day work routine and to ensure a proper month-end closing with timely preparation of accurate financial statement and reports. To assume the duties and responsibilities of the Director of Finance during his temporary absence from the hotel.

Requirements: 

Minimum 7+ years of experiences in Financial Accounting and knowledge in taxation Experience in hospitality or related fields is a strong advantage  People management experiences Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese
