Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

This exciting role is a key figure in our signature Food Beverage department in the flagship hotel of Hyatt in Asia Pacific.
What we expect from you
Assists with the preparation of the annual Food and Beverage Business Plan ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of associates. Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Food and Beverage Departmental Budget, in close cooperation with the Executive Assistant Manager -Food and Beverage ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled. Prepare with the respective Outlet teams, a yearly marketing plan for each outlet, which is the basis of the Food and Beverage Annual Marketing Plan Ensure that all the outlets and events is managed efficiently according to the established concept statements Monitor service and food and beverage standards in all outlets and events. Work with the Outlet Managers, Event Service Manager and respective Chef de Cuisine’s to take corrective action where necessary Conduct frequent and thorough inspections together with the Executive Sous Chefs of the Food and Beverage Operation Recruit, select and develop Food and Beverage associates to work following the operational, financial, administrative philosophies willing to become multi skilled and perform multi tasks. In the absence of the Executive Assistant Manager - Food Beverage, represents the Divisionon the hotel Executive Committee level, ensures the efficient and smooth operation of the Division providing services and support to other Divisions as requiredThis exciting role is a key figure in our signature Food Beverage department in the flagship hotel of Hyatt in Asia Pacific.
