**Description:**
+ To maximize associate productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.
+ To ensure that all Associates are coached, trained and appraised regularly, that proper records are kept of all training sessions, appraisals and job chats and that departmental training needs are analyzed, and departmental training plans are drawn up and updated regularly.
+ To ensure that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
+ To prepare the department's annual budgets, analyses results and to implement corrective actions if required.
+ Good operational, administrative, interpersonal skills and overall operation experience are necessary.
**Qualifications:**
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Director of F&B, or F&B Manager in larger operation. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.
