The Assistant Director of Recruitment will assist the assistant dean and associate director plan, implement and evaluate various efforts in student recruitment and public relations for the College of Arts and Sciences and Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. Responsible for the supervision of the A&S | Maxwell Student Ambassador Program, Maxwell specific communications, developing international recruitment initiatives and developing strategies to use information from our CRM, Slate, such as demonstrated interest and other relevant factors to improve yield. Strong collaboration with faculty, staff, and students. This position is part of a bargaining unit and is represented by the union SEIU, Local 200United.
