Oversees and coordinates all day-to-day operational aspects of Southeastern US regional territory and travels within territory for recruitment activities such as conducting information sessions at high schools, community colleges, and college fairsDevelops and implements strategies to recruit a diverse pool of potential undergraduate applicantsCorresponds and interacts with prospective students, applicants, University alumni, guidance counselors, and others seeking information on admissions standards, academic and non-academic programs, and student activitiesParticipates in admissions committees to determine student applicants’ admissibility to the University and monitors progress of applicantsParticipates in or coordinates activities on special projects as assigned by the supervisor to accomplish established objectivesSupervise two or more regionally based ESMsData organization and reporting and distribution of information to the recruitment and engagement teams on behalf of their areaDevelop, maintain, and update manuals, guides, and training related to their area of focus and other duties as assigned
